Well-Come Back Memberships

Built around consistency, collaboration, and long-term support.

Rather than isolated sessions, memberships create a shared framework where movement, recovery, and coaching work together over time.

Each membership follows a 16-week structure designed to support meaningful progress, accountability, and sustainability.

Memberships are intentionally tiered to reflect the level of guidance, programming, and collaboration required

to support different goals, lifestyles, and training demands

MOVE FORWARD Consult

Connect your past care to a clear plan forward.

This 60-minute collaborative session serves as the entry point into the Well-Come Back Membership. The MOVE FORWARD Consult is completed in your home. This allows us to see the space where massage and movement sessions will take place and ensure everything is set up safely, comfortably, and effectively.

By seeing your environment firsthand, we can:

  • Assess available space for movement and training

  • Adapt exercises and setups to your home layout

  • ensure massage and movement sessions flow smoothly

  • Create a plan that fits your real-life environment

Even if you’ve received massage or training with us in the past, this consult reflects our evolved approach—where manual therapy, movement strategy, and lifestyle support are intentionally integrated rather than addressed separately. If you have worked with Nomi or Harrison prior to 2026, the MOVE FORWARD Consult fee will be fully waived when enrolling in a Well-Come Back Membership within 14 days of completing the consult.

What’s included?

  • 60-minute Move Forward Consult

  • Functional Movement Screening (FMS-style assessment)

  • Collaborative planning between Nomi and Harrison

  • Guidance on the most appropriate Well-Come Back Membership structure

Is it a workout or treatment?

No. The movement screening is an assessment used to guide programming and recovery decisions—not a training or massage session.

FAQ

Why is the MOVE FORWARD Consult required?

It is a required 60-minute session for all memberships. It allows us to assess goals, movement patterns, recovery needs, environment and determine the most appropriate membership structure for long-term success.

How is coaching better in a membership compared to à la carte?

Coaching within a Well-Come Back Membership is offered at a reduced rate compared to à la carte sessions and is built around consistency.

Memberships create accountability by encouraging regular scheduling, ongoing check-ins, and a clear plan over a set timeframe. This structure helps members stay committed, use their sessions intentionally, and avoid long gaps between visits.

À la carte coaching offers flexibility, but memberships provide both cost savings and accountability, which leads to better follow-through and long-term results.

Why is coaching included—and what makes the additional perks so valuable?

Coaching is what turns individual sessions into lasting progress. It provides guidance, accountability, and ongoing adjustments so your massage, movement, and lifestyle work together instead of feeling disconnected.

The additional perks—such as app access, programming updates, check-ins, and collaborative planning—are where the real transformation happens. These elements support consistency between sessions, help prevent setbacks, and ensure your plan evolves as your life and training change.

In short, the perks aren’t extras—they’re what make the work effective, sustainable, and personalized.

Can I be part of another gym or training program while on a Well-Come Back Membership?

Yes. Many members continue training at other gyms or participate in sport-specific programs while enrolled in a Well-Come Back Membership.

Our approach is designed to complement, not replace, outside training. The MOVE FORWARD Consult and ongoing check-ins help ensure that massage, movement, and recovery work with—not against—your other training demands, supporting performance, recovery, and longevity.

Do all memberships include the What Moves You App?

Yes. All membership tiers include full access to the What Moves You App to support consistency, movement, and accountability between in-person sessions.

How many sessions are included in a membership?

ALL Well-Come Back Memberships include 16 sessions over a 16-week term. Sessions may include massage, movement, or a combination depending on the selected membership tier.

Members can work with us to decide on how to space and use sessions in a way that supports their goals, schedule, and recovery needs.

Sessions may be used consistently week to week or adjusted around travel, training cycles, or life demands-within the active membership term.

Can Bronze Members use both massage and movement?

Bronze memberships are designed to focus on one primary modality. Members choose either massage or movement for their term. Bronze members also receive a one-time $25 cross-modality credit to experience the alternate service.

How does payment work for memberships?

The Move Forward Consult and any associated programming or coaching components are paid upfront at the start of the membership.

For new members, the Consult is included in the membership upon enrollment.

For existing clients prior to 2026, the Consult is fully waived when enrolling in a Well-Come Back Membership.

Massage and Movement sessions are charged as sessions are used throughout the 16-week membership term.

At the end of the 16-week period, any of the 16 sessions that were included in the membership but not used will be charged at $50 per remaining session

Can additional family members join a membership?

Yes. Additional family members may participate in a membership. Before training or movement sessions begin, each additional family member must complete a Functional Movement Screening (FMS-style assessment) to ensure safety, alignment, and appropriate programming.

The screening is offered at a $25 per person rate and allows us to tailor movement and training to individual needs within a shared membership structure.

Can family members share sessions?

Yes. Sessions may be shared among immediate family members during the active membership term.

Can family members train at the same time?

Yes. Family members may train simultaneously when appropriate. Each individual session counts as one session from the membership.

Do sessions roll over into the next membership?

No. Sessions must be used within the active membership term and do not carry over into future memberships. a $50 per session fee is applied to any unused sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled outside this window will be counted as unused and will be charged $50

.

What happens after I complete my 16 sessions?

After completing the initial 16-session term, members are eligible for loyalty pricing. Bronze and Silver memberships receive 5% savings. Gold memberships receive 10% savings. Loyalty savings apply during active membership terms.

Why does the membership price stay the same when it renews?

Membership pricing reflects ongoing access to collaborative care, coaching, programming, and support—not just initial setup. Keeping pricing consistent supports long-term sustainability and continuity of care.

Is another MOVE FORWARD Consult required when my membership renews?

No. The MOVE FORWARD Consult is a one-time onboarding session. Ongoing alignment is supported through movement reassessments and program updates. An additional consult is only recommended if there is a significant change in goals, injury, or time away.
