Meet The Mercado's

At the heart of Well-Come Back Services is a shared belief: care is a lifestyle, not a transaction.

Nomi and Harrison Mercado became a couple in 2013 while on separate professional paths, each deeply rooted in self care, movement, performance, and helping others feel their best. With each year, their individual journeys evolved into a partnership built on aligned values—leading with love, showing up with intention, and taking care of the people they’re responsible for, both personally and professionally.

As a couple, they’ve navigated life's milestones, celebrated hard-earned achievements, and the rewards that come from building something with intention-both personally and professionally. Along the way, they've also learned how to move through the harder seasons together, including personal injuries, personal surgeries, Nomi's pregnancy and the birth of their daughter, grief, and complex family dynamics. Those experiences strengthened their resilience and shaped the foundation of their work—one that prioritizes consistency, adaptability, and self-care as essential tools for long-term well-being.

Together, they bring complementary expertise in massage therapy, movement, performance and creating a holistic approach that supports the body through every season of life. Their work is rooted in trust, education, and community, and they value their clients as an extension of their family.

The evolution of Well-Come Back Services reflects the merging of their hearts, their skills, and their lived experiences. What they offer isn’t just a service—it’s a way of caring for yourself that fits into real life.

Family is their why- and self care is how they sustain it.

NOMI (GREENMAN) MERCADO

Licensed Massage Therapist & Movement Specialist

Nomi leads the Recovery division of Well-Come Back Services, specializing in restorative massage and movement support for athletes, active individuals, and families.

As a former Division 1 swimmer at UVM, she brings firsthand experience in performance, recovery, and resilience to her work. After graduating, Nomi followed her passion for healing to Hawaii, where she attended Hawaii Healing Arts College in 2010 and became a Licensed Massage Therapist, as well as a NASM Personal trainer. Living on O'ahu deepened her appreciation for a whole-person approach to wellness, blending clinical manual therapy with the spirit of connection, movement, and recovery that continues to influence her practice today.

Nomi brings over a decade of hands-on experience across corporate, clinical, athletic, and performance-based settings. She spent two years practicing within a medical sports facility, working alongside healthcare providers to support injury recovery and functional rehabilitation.

She also served for six years as the sole Licensed Massage Therapist within a strength and conditioning facility, where she not only supported athletes and active adults, but built and developed the facility's athletic group fitness program. Working closely with coaches, she helped integrate recovery, mobility, and performance training into a cohesive system.

Today, Nomi's approach reflects the unique blend of elite athletics, clinical rehabilitation, and the Aloha sprit she discovered while living and studying in Hawaii- helping clients move better, recovery fully, and build long-term resilience. â€‹
