The Resident Wellness Experience is a guided wellness event designed to bring movement, recovery, and education directly to residential communities. Led by Harrison Mercado and Nomi of Well-Come Back Services, this experience combines a coached group workout, post-workout recovery massage, and an interactive performance Q&A to support strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

Residents begin with a brief gym orientation before participating in a 45-minute coached workout focused on functional strength and movement. Following the session, residents may sign up for targeted recovery massages while engaging in an open discussion on performance, recovery, and sustainable fitness strategies.

This event is designed to create an engaging and supportive wellness environment while introducing residents to practical tools in the gym that help them move, feel, and live well.

Seasonal Outings:

Tee Time Golf Prep & Conditioning
