Service Description

A 60 minute consultation designed to understand your as a whole- your goals, stressors, movement history, and lifestyle. How the Consultation Works: A required first step for clients interested in Memberships. Consultations may be conducted in person or by phone, depending on your needs and availability. This consultation is a planning session and does not include a full massage or training session. Please be prepared to discuss: -Your goals and current challenges -Scheduling needs -Space for at-home massage or movement services (if applicable) This session helps us assess goals, movement needs, and recovery considerations to determine the best services or membership fit. Consultation Purpose: This is a collaborative conversation — not a sales appointment. Our goal is to provide clarity and thoughtful recommendations, whether that leads to a membership, individual services, or next steps outside our offerings. *Your consultation fee is applied toward membership if enrolled within 7 days One Consultation per Client/Household: Each Well-Come Back Membership begins with one Initial Consultation for the primary client. When family members are included in the membership, their goals and needs are incorporated into ongoing sessions and coaching conversations. Additional consultations may be recommended if more individualized care is needed. Consultation Fee: New clients: The Initial Consultation is $120, due at the time of booking. If you enroll in a Well-Come Back Membership within 7 days, this fee will be credited toward your membership. Existing clients: The Initial Consultation is $75, due at the time of the booking. If you enroll in a Well-Come Back Membership within 7 days, the consultation is FULLY credited at the $120 value.
